MP-SPR Navi™ Control is our dedicated software for the control of our MP-SPR Navi instruments. The software includes automatic model identification, pre-programmed calibration routines and instrument settings, and various measurement modes for a flexible control of measurements and data collection.
The MP-SPR Navi™ DataViewer enables you to view, analyze and export results of experiments that you have performed earlier with our instrument. The software allows for preprocessing of the data, such as reference channel subtraction and baseline correction before exporting to TraceDrawer for kinetic analysis or to an other dedicated data analysis program.
TraceDrawer™ is a third party software from RidgeView Instruments AB.
TraceDrawer™ for MP-SPR Navi™ is included in the 220A NAALI and 420A ILVES package. It is optional for the other models.
TraceDrawer for MP-SPR Navi™ allows the user to:
- Collect and compare data from different experiments
- Analyze real-time MP-SPR data for kinetic and affinity information
- Compile brief reports and compose publication-ready figures
MP-SPR Navi™ LayerSolver™ is a powerful but easy-to-use software package for elucidating the thickness and refractive index of the layers of the sensor surface. Its key features are:
- Simultaneous fitting at multiple wavelengths with local and global parameters
- Fitting with parameter constrains (boundaries) and dependencies (refractive index vs. wavelength)
- Modeling of theoretical multilayer SPR curves (without data)
- User friendly user interface
- Data import from MP-SPR Navi™ files and export to generic formats
