Measurement of SPR at wavelengths of 782 nm and 654 nm

Additional set of lasers

The instrument (SPR Navi 200 or SPR Navi 220A) is then equipped with 4 lasers. Standard configuration:

  • Channel 1: 670nm and 785nm
  • Channel 2: 670nm and 785nm

The software allows user to define in the beginning of the test which one of the two lasers will be used in each channel.

EXAMPLES OF USE:

Additional set of lasers enables measurement of RI and thickness at the same time. With an additional set of lasers, SPR Navi measures also thick samples. An additional set of lasers enables the use of absorbing samples with SPR Navi.

You can select the wavelenghts for each channel before measurement
