Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology

SPR is already recognised as a standard tool in real-time, label-free monitoring of molecular interactions. With our new research instruments you can easily perform high sensitivity measurements with maximum flexibility.

History of SPR Navi 200

SPR Navi 200 has been developed in collaboration with Dr. Janusz Sadowski who has been working on the research of surface plasmon resonace at VTT for 20 years, and Dr Ulf Jönsson, founder and former CEO of Biacore, the company that pioneered the use of SPR spectroscopy for protein interaction analysis.
  SPR Navi 200 is ideal
  • for studies...
  • of surface molecular interactions
  • with the use of LB-films
  • of the SPR phenomenon
  • for development...
  • of bio-materials
  • of biosensors
  • of gas sensors
